REFUND POLICY: We have a refund policy in place to ensure a successful event. Refunds are only issued if your category is full, we are unable to accept your application, or the event is canceled by the event organizers due to unforeseen circumstances. Also, please make sure to review your schedule carefully before registering, as we are unable to accommodate scheduling conflicts.​
