Team Marti Reaches Milestone with Four Licensed Agents, Expanding Expertise and Capacity

​Today, Marti Reeder, managing broker for Team Marti of John L. Scott Real Estate, announced that two valued team members have earned their real estate licenses. This brings Team Marti’s total number of licensed agents to four, including Merle Reeder, Genevieve Cusano, Lara Henry, and Marti Reeder, who was named a top 1% producer for John L. Scott in 2024 and 2025. This milestone enhances the team’s collective expertise and the level of service provided to clients.
 
With three years of hands-on real estate experience, operations assistant Genevieve
“Evie” Cusano supports agents through transaction coordination, marketing and client communication. Known for her attention to detail, Cusano helps keep each transaction organized and on track. Now licensed, she brings an even deeper level of knowledge to support Team Marti’s real estate work.
 
With a strong marketing background and three years with Team Marti, Lara Henry is the team’s marketing and administrative coordinator. She has strengthened the team’s connection to the communities they serve through relationship-building and thoughtful client service. Earning her real estate license adds another layer of expertise and market insight into her role.
