Why join the Covington Chamber of Commerce?

We get asked this question all the time, and the answers are as different as the business owners, employees, and organizations that want to join. Everyone is looking for a little something different, whether it is direct dollar-for-dollar ROI or being a part of a mission-driven organization that supports businesses and the greater Covington community.

Here are some of the reasons our members join our Chamber:

• Networking and Connections: Our members want to be a part of an engaged business community where they can connect and network.
• Visibility and Promotion: The Covington Chamber provides many opportunities for our businesses to get visibility for their businesses, including online and print directories, advertising opportunities, exposure at community events, and social media shout-outs on Facebook, Instagram and in our newsletter.

• Advocacy: We are actively involved in advocating for the greater Covington community and on behalf of businesses throughout the Covington area. Whether the issues concern taxes, public safety, transportation or something else, we will work with our partners and state and federal legislators to make sure you are represented and that your voices are heard.
• ​​Education and Workforce Development: These are two topics that are of great interest to us. We want to support our teachers, administrators and students today to help build and develop the workforce of tomorrow.
• Community: We support the greater Covington community in a variety of ways, including using our Good Work Fund to do "good work" in the community, supporting a Chamber-led Clean, Safe, Welcome City committee, volunteering, and providing support and visibility to benefit Covington, its businesses, residents and visitors.
