Member Spotlight: Nikki's Restaurant & Lounge

In August 2022, Jaime Monje and his brother Jesus ("Jesse") Monje embarked on a new adventure, bringing their years of restaurant experience to the Covington community. They purchased Nikki's Restaurant & Lounge and have been making it their own ever since. Some of the many changes include:

• Remodeling the patio and lounge
• Launching a new menu with customer favorites and new additions
• Live music and special events
• Game day specials
• Party platters and catering
• Online orders to pickup or delivery
• Special VIP Club

The Monje family has wholeheartedly embraced Covington and our neighboring cities, creating a community hub and gathering place. They are also actively engaged with the Covington Chamber and they support local sports teams and booster clubs with sponsorships and fundraising.
